Beijing Eatology Research Institute

Upon approval by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs (Administrative Licensing Decision JMXD No. [2012]113), Beijing Eatology Research Institute (BERI) was established in July 2012.

Graded AAAA in China Social Organization Evaluation (Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, January 2023 -December 2027), BERI is a (NGO) Chinese think tank of eatology with “human’s food production and utilization and the continuity of the species" as its research objects, with the ecological health of the earth and human’s food health as its research targets, and with the provision of Chinese plans and Chinese thoughts as its research guidelines.

Eatology is a new discipline system established by BERI whose purpose is to build and popularize this new discipline system.

Standing at the height of all human beings, eatology, by observing and studying the objective reality between human beings and food, between human beings and the food maternity system, and between eatage(eating-related matters) of human beings and the world order and finds the operating rules, tries to provide paths and methods for solving the eating-related problems of human beings, and achieve the goals of the eatustry civilization in maintaining the health of individual human beings, orders, and social groups.
